2. Information associated with this website
This is an informational website. It has no visitor accounts, checkout, contact form, analytics scripts or advertising pixels installed by us.
The hosting provider may process technical information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and access time, as part of delivering and protecting the website. If you email us, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive documents.
3. Planned internal Amazon Ads API use
We are preparing an Amazon Ads API integration solely for our company's own United States advertising account. The planned application is not operating yet, and we are not currently collecting Amazon Ads data through that planned application.
After approval and setup, the intended data includes the advertising-account and campaign identifiers needed for authorized access, campaign structure and aggregated advertising-performance information, such as impressions, clicks, spending and attributed results. The purpose is internal advertising reporting, analysis and management of our own business.
The planned application will not be offered to unrelated advertisers. We do not plan to retrieve buyer names, personal contact details or shipping addresses through this integration.
4. Infrastructure and safeguards
Application operation and advertising-data storage are planned for dedicated Alibaba Cloud infrastructure. This is a planned deployment, not a statement that the API runtime or its security configuration has already been completed.
Before production use, we will configure and verify appropriate access controls, protected credential storage, secure communications and logging that excludes credentials. Access to advertising data will be limited to authorized personnel and services needed for our own operations. API credentials will not be published on this website.
5. Use and disclosure
We use correspondence to respond to inquiries and administer our business. We intend to use authorized Amazon Ads data only for our own advertising operations, in accordance with the applicable Amazon terms and permissions.
We do not sell Amazon Ads data or make it publicly available. Infrastructure and email providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. This website does not offer data access to third-party advertisers.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable obligations. Before API production use, we will establish retention and deletion procedures appropriate to our actual data use and applicable Amazon requirements. We will not retain advertising data longer than needed for those purposes and obligations.
7. Questions, requests and security reports
You can ask about this policy, request correction or deletion of information you provided, or report a suspected security issue by emailing peixiaozheng152@outlook.com. We will review requests and respond as appropriate, subject to applicable obligations and verification of the request where necessary.
